The Arab world in the coming decade will need to create 75mn jobs – an increase of 40% more than currently exist, to keep pace with the young and fast-growing population. However, with the substantial jobs-skills mismatch currently plaguing the region, this much-needed rise in unemployment may not be available, according to Booz & Company.
