UAE Eyes June Opening For Pipeline Bypassing Hormuz

A pipeline being built by the UAE to pump its oil exports from east coast terminals, by-passing the Strait of Hormuz, will be operational in June, the ruler of Fujairah Shaikh Hamad al-Sharqi told AFP. The line will have a capacity of 1.5mn b/d, rising to 1.8mn b/d.
