The American-Israel Corp (AMPAL) has filed a request for arbitration against the Egyptian government in connection with its investment in the East Med Gas Supply Company, AMPAL said on 3 May. The arbitration request was submitted to the World Bank’s International Center for Settlement and Investment Disputes (ICSID).
