Libya’s former Oil Minister was found dead in the Danube river in Vienna. Mr. Ghanem had defected from the Qadhafi regime during the revolution. Reuters quoted a spokesman for Libya’s Foreign Ministry in the Austrian capital as saying that Ghanem had suffered a heart attack. The Austrian police said there were no signs of violence.
