AFESD Allocates $3.2Bn For Development Of Arab Spring Countries

The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) has allocated $3.2bn until 2013 to support the economies of the Arab Spring countries – Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan and Morocco – which are currently facing financial problems as a result of regional and international crisis. AFESD made this announcement at the annual meeting of its board of directors, which convened on 21 April in Morocco.
