AGOCO Protests Spread To Zueitina Terminal

Libyan upstream progress may be set back if a series of protests continues to spread. Demonstrations that have kept the offices of Benghazi-based National Oil Corporation (NOC) affiliate AGOCO closed since 23 April spread to the Zueitina crude terminal 70km south of Benghazi on 26 April.
