Polish Pipeline Operator Calls For Azeri Crude Commitment

The director of Polish pipeline operator PERN Przyjazn, Marcin Moskalevich, told reporters on 24 April that the Polish section of the Odessa-Brody-Plock oil pipeline project cannot move forward without the commitment of crude oil supplies from Azerbaijan.
