Socar ‘Merely An Observer’ On TCGP, Pushes for TANAP

The President of Azerbaijan’s state firm Socar, Rovnag Abdullayev, told reporters in Baku on 4 April that the company was “merely an observer” of the ongoing talks about the construction of a 300km Trans Caspian Gas Pipeline (TCGP) connecting Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
