Shah Deniz 2 Gas Supply Decision Likely To Be Taken In Stages

The emergence of BP’s South East Europe Pipeline (SEEP) project as a rival to Nabucco appears to have complicated the Shah Deniz consortium’s decision on the tendering of 10 bcm/year of Azeri gas to be exported to Europe beginning in late 2017 (MEES, 19 December 2011).
