South Sudan Takes Further Step To Bypass North With Signing Of Pipeline Deal

Newly-independent South Sudan has signed an agreement to build an oil pipeline to the Port of Djibouti via Ethiopia, in a move aimed at further freeing it from dependence on the North for the use of its oil export infrastructure.
