Kuwait has selected Total as its preferred partner for its planned 300,000 b/d joint venture refinery with Sinopec in China’s southern Guangdong province, Faruq al-Zanki, CEO of state-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) tells MEES.
