Former Kuwaiti Oil Minister Sa'ud Nasir Al-Sabah Dies

Former Kuwaiti oil minister from 1998 to 2001 and senior member of the ruling family Shaikh Sa'ud al-Nasir al-Sabah has died after a lengthy battle with cancer, state-run Kuwait News Agency reported on 22 January.
