Sudan Admits To Confiscating South Sudan’s Oil As Dispute Talks Resume

Sudan has started seizing a portion of landlocked South Sudan’s oil exports that it believes it is owed to meet unpaid transit fees, but has said it has no plans to shut down a pipeline carrying the southern state’s oil to the North.
