IMF Chief Says Successful Partnership Forged With Iraq

Iraq and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have engaged in “a very successful partnership, anchored by successive IMF-sponsored economic programs,” the IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde has said, following a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on 13 December in Washington.
