Sudan To Seize Portion Of South Sudan’s Oil As Talks End In Stalemate

Sudan is set to begin taking 23% of the landlocked south’s oil exports as a form of ‘payment in kind’ after the much heralded talks between the two sides came to an unsuccessful end in Addis Ababa on 30 November.
