KPI’s Vietnam Refinery Construction To Start In 4Q11

Construction of the $7.5bn joint venture Nghi Son oil refinery – Vietnam’s second – is set to begin in the last quarter of this year, following delays of up to six months, state owned Petrovietnam said on 11 October.
