Bapco And Neste Begin Base Oil Production At Sitra Refinery

Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco), Finland’s Neste Oil and Nogaholding – the investment arm of Bahrain’s National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) – have started production operations at their new base oil plant at Bapco’s Sitra refinery, the Finnish company said on 12 October.
