Workers Attacked At CNPC Oil Field In South Kordofan, One Killed

A Chinese oil worker was killed and another wounded on 28 September as an unidentified armed group opened fire on workers at a CNPC-operated oil field in the central Sudanese region of South Kordofan, the Chinese Embassy in Sudan confirmed on 3 October.
