EBRD Takes ‘Wait And See’ Attitude On Libya

The EBRD is looking to take a leading role in the region as it extends its lending mandate to include those countries affected by the Arab Spring earlier this year (MEES, 8 August), but warns the transition to a more democratic form of government will not be without setbacks.
