NOC Poised To Launch 300,000 B/D Kirkuk Rescue Plan

Iraq’s North Oil Company (NOC) is in the process of awarding a contract to stem haemorrhaging capacity at the 280,000 b/d Kirkuk field and then add a further 300,000 b/d, an NOC official told reporters on the sidelines of an Iraqi upstream roadshow in 'Amman on 11 September.
