Kuwait Oil Production Above 2.8mn B/D In August

Kuwait produced more than 2.8mn b/d in August- the highest level since the global economic downturn in 2008, says Kuwaiti Oil Minister Muhammad al-Busairi. According to official Joint Data Initiative (JODI) figures, the Gulf State has not produced over 2.80mn b/d since its output peaked at 2.85mn b/d in September 2008, just before oil demand dropped in the global economic crisis
