UN Resolution Sought On Libya Asset Unfreezing, As $15Bn Released

A UN resolution is being sought to unfreeze further Libyan assets to help the National Transitional Council (NTC) start rebuilding the country after six months of crippling civil war and 42 years of atrophy under the rule of Colonel Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi.
