Libya Poised For Oil Production Restart

Libyan oil personnel are working flat out to fast-track the restart of the country’s oil and gas sector. A return to full pre-war capacity of around 1.7mn b/d will take time, but some production at the southern Murzuq basin fields and the 120,000 b/d Zawiya refinery could start within days.
