Kuwait’s Current Account Surplus Boosted By Oil

Kuwait’s current account recorded a large surplus in 2010 as the effects of the financial crisis waned, increasing by KD3.1bn ($11.36bn) from 2009 to KD10.6bn ($38.85bn), according to the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK)’s Economic Brief published on 26 July.
