Saudi Arabia Grants Jordan $1Bn For Budget Support

Saudi Arabia has granted Jordan $1bn to support the budget, a Jordanian paper al-Arab al-Yawm reported on 26 July. While the government had not officially confirmed the amount of the grant, Jordanian King 'Abd Allah sent a letter to the Saudi monarch thanking the latter for his generosity and expressing Jordan’s gratitude and appreciation.
