Lebanon Mandates Two Banks To Issue Bonds For $950Mn

The Lebanese Ministry of Finance has mandated Blom Bank and Citi to lead manage a $950mn bond issue to refinance existing bonds worth $750mn maturing in early August. The issue is in two tranches and is expected to be arranged in about 10 days.
