Kashagan Partners Fined For ‘Environmental Violations’

The General Prosecutor’s Office (PGO) of Kazakhstan has imposed a $4.7mn fine against the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), which is developing the Kashagan oil field, for alleged environmental violations, according to a 24 June Interfax-Kazakhstan report.
