Lebanon Tells UN That Cyprus-Israel Delimitation Agreement Violates Its Rights

Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansur on 20 June wrote in a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon that Beirut considers the offshore delimitation agreement signed by Cyprus and Israel earlier this year to be “a violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty and economic rights and threatens peace and security in the area.”
