ONGC And GAIL Seek Equity In Kashagan Field

India’s ONGC and GAIL have submitted a non-binding bid to ExxonMobil for the purchase of up to 50% of the company’s shares in the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), which operates the Kashagan field in Kazakhstan, Hindustan Times reported on 8 June.
