Ghanem Leaves Tripoli

Libya’s de facto oil minister, National Oil Corporation chairman Shukri Ghanem, has left Tripoli. Wire services on 17 May reported him as being on the Tunisian island of Djerba but, MEES learns, Mr Ghanem had at least by the evening of that day left for Dubai.
